Total Hours to Read: 3 ½
--Average pages per minute: 1.78
Sex/Romance: A tiny, tiny bit of hinting at romance simply because the protagonist hit puberty.
Violence: Yeah, some fighting and stuff as per the usual for this series.
Thoughts: I liked this book a lot! What the previous book (I feel) failed to do in attempting to break the pattern of the series, I feel like this book thoroughly accomplished. This book broke from the mold of the previous four while retaining the qualities that make the series fun and entertaining. I also really appreciated how Artemis hitting puberty was handled in the book. Very mature and appropriate to the character. Not quite as much of the humor that I so loved in the second book (The Arctic Incident), but still a lot fun.
In the end: 5 out of 5 stars, good job breaking the mold!
