Wow. This movie hit me hard.
So, I love my parents, but I get really excited every time they both leave the house for a night, because that means I can finally shut off all the lights, put an R-rated movie (or really just any movie my Mom couldn't handle) on the big screen and crank up the volume! That is exactly what I did for this movie. I feel like I can't really say anything at all about it, except that whatever description you read of the plot isn't good enough, because really no one can say much of anything without giving away too much. Suffice it to say, it was dark and dramatic and gorgeous, and when it ended I said (very dramatically, of course) "I have seen true beauty."
